Black Friday Deals

As the Black Friday ads get posted onto the internet I will try to keep the readers updated with the best prepper deals. I for one love catching good deals especially if it’s something I’ve been wanting to get anyway. If you’ve been looking at getting a solar kit Harbor Freight is offering their 45w Solar Kit regular $249.99 for $159.99 on Black Friday. Their kit comes with 3 15w solar panels, a power center, mounting hardware, and battery clamps. This kit does not include the batteries or the power inverter. But for a solar kit this is one of the best prices I’ve seen. You could run a television and DVD player or a laptop and a few light bulbs with it.

Sears also has also released their Black Friday ad. Nothing popped out at me like the solar panels but they have lots of great deals on many household items and electronics. If you’re in the market for Christmas gifts for yourself or others make sure to check out the sales to save as much money as possible. With the economy in the tank I’m sure there are going to be some great deals to be had getting closer to the holiday season.

Good post. I steer clear of all black friday sales. The crowds and hoards of people and trying to find parking is absolutely chaos here. People spend the night over at each store, forming lines that wrap around the store buildings. Great deals are there indeed if you're willing to brave the mass population. Fortunately, I never did one of those black friday sales and for good reason, I always worked.

I don't understand how a 45w solar panel can run even one 60w lightbulb. Do you know how that works or where I can find the info?
